Overview

In this release, we’ve improved data validation, activity tracking, and profile management in Eğitim365. Key fixes address dual verification, student activity status, virtual classroom scheduling, and assignment completion rules. These updates enhance data integrity, user experience, and consistency across profile settings, announcements, and authentication.

Fixes

We've made the following fixes:

• Resolved an issue where a dual verification email address already used by another user could still be entered. The system now blocks such entries and displays a proper warning message.
• Fixed a bug where editing a completed video activity reset learner progress but left the status as “Completed.” The status is now updated correctly.
• Addressed a login issue when multiple users shared the same Turkish ID number via e-Government login. Authentication now works correctly for each individual user.
• Fixed an issue where assignment activities with the “viewing” completion criterion weren’t marked as complete after learners uploaded files. Uploading a file now correctly completes the activity.
• Resolved an issue in single-branch courses where course selection couldn’t be cleared on the question-adding screen. Manual selection is now possible.
• Fixed multiple issues caused by system clock changes, including incorrect activity start times, duplicate Join buttons, and failed virtual classroom launches. All affected areas now function as expected.
• Addressed a bug that prevented announcements or activities from being created when selecting recipients or branches. Selection now works properly and no longer blocks the creation process.
• Fixed an issue where the "Unplanned Activities" title appeared in the left panel and main screen even when no data matched the date filter. The title now appears only when relevant.
• Resolved a problem where no warning appeared when required fields were left empty on the user profile page. Users now receive proper prompts to fill in required fields.
• Fixed an issue where exam grade calculations were halted due to long-running queries. Pending processes have been cleared, and the system is now fully functional.
• Addressed a bug where learners could still edit profile fields like name and surname even when editing was disabled. Learners are now correctly restricted from making such changes.
