In this release, we’ve introduced improvements to the parent experience in Coach for Parents and refinements that support both parents and teachers. We’ve also fixed a critical login-related issue affecting child accounts. This update includes:
We’ve fixed a critical issue where children’s passwords were not being stored in the database after registration. This issue affected some parents’ ability to log their children into the applications following recent Coach updates.
The issue has now been resolved. Newly registered parents can log in their children without issues. For affected families who contacted support, passwords were restored manually.
We’ve improved the subscription cancellation flow in Coach for Parents and added a feedback collection step.

All feedback is securely stored in HubSpot, allowing trend analysis and helping inform future product improvements.
We’ve made it easier for parents and teachers to track learner licenses in Coach.
When a learner profile is created without an assigned license, a “No License” tag now appears next to the learner’s name. Previously, learners without licenses were not shown on the Learning Board, which could cause confusion.
This improvement helps ensure learners are clearly visible and licenses can be assigned promptly.
