Enrolling learners in science experiments in Learn

Learners are automatically enrolled in all experiments and have full access by default.

Viewing enrolled learners

To view your learners' enrollments in a laboratory:

1. In the Learn management portal, click the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
2. Go to Courses.
   
3. Click the Enrollment icon on the left panel.
   
4. See the enrolled accounts either in Units, Groups or Users.
   

Enrolling new learners to a laboratory

To enroll a new learner to the selected laboratory:

1. Click Add personal enrollment button.
2. Select a learner that you want to enroll to this course and click Add in the upper right corner.
   
3. You can select which Term the learner will be enrolled in, or skip this step for now. Term selection is important when assigning an experiment.
   
4. If you need to remove (unenroll) a learner from the course, scroll to the right, click the three dots (⋮) next to their name, and click Delete.
