Connecting to learners' sessions to assist

You can join a learner's session in Constructor Virtual Lab to monitor how the learner implements the lab tasks or to help them with the lab completion. To do it:

1. In the instructor interface of Constructor LMS, go to Sessions > Lab sessions.
2. Filter the necessary Active session by the learner's name or by the lab name.
3. Click the session record to open the details.
4. In the pop-up that opens click Connect under the learner's screen preview.

1. In the learner's session screen menu, click the desktop icon  to request the learner access to their computer.

After the learner confirms you can access their lab session, you can perform actions on their virtual machine in their session.

1. Show the learner the correct actions to complete the lab.
2. After you've done with the help, click the desktop icon to disconnect from the learner's session.

Information	Several instructors can join a session of a learner simultaneously, but only one instructor at a time can get access to actions on the learner's behalf in this session.
