Customizable model persona and tone

As a knowledge model owner, you can now configure the model’s persona and tone in the model Settings to define how it responds to users.

This allows you to tailor the model's responses to suit different audiences, show empathy, provide support, and align with your brand's voice for more engaging and relevant interactions.

Enhanced model document metadata

When uploading documents to knowledge models via API, you can now include optional metadata, such as external references. If this metadata is provided, it will replace the uploaded document in references, allowing for more dynamic and informative responses.
