Warning titles

The warningTitles parameter is a JSON object, where each key is a warning name in the warnings field, and each value is a JSON object with titles for that warning in all languages supported by Constructor Proctor system.

The structure of the inner JSON object:

• key — a language code (2-character code from ISO 639-1).
• value — the warning title and description in that language.
