Configurable model prompts via API

Knowledge model owners can now configure prompts for their models through the API. This functionality offers greater customization and control over the model's behavior, personality, style, and response format.

This feature enables KM owners to fine-tune responses for improved accuracy and relevance in specific use cases without needing to access the UI.
