Overview

In this release, we’ve introduced the Webshop for Schools, enabling schools to purchase, manage, and renew licenses directly in Coach. This update includes:

• Online license purchases for learning applications
• Automated license renewals
• Self-service subscription and license management
• 30-day free trials for schools

What's new

Online license purchases

Schools can now purchase licenses for Grafari, Calcularis, Orthograph, and Writing Lab directly through the Subscription & Billing page in Coach, without contacting the sales team.

Licenses are available through the following subscription packages:

• Literacy package: Grafari, Orthograph
• Math package: Calcularis
• Combo package: Literacy and Math

After purchase, teacher administrators can view license usage, expiration dates, and renewal periods, and assign licenses to students directly in Coach.

Automated license renewals

License renewals are now handled automatically through the subscription management system. Key renewal behavior includes:

• Full visibility of license duration and renewal dates in Coach
• A reminder email sent 45 days before renewal
• Automatic invoice generation on the renewal date, with 30 days to complete payment

This ensures continuous access to applications while reducing administrative effort.

Subscription and license management

Teacher administrators can manage subscriptions through the Subscription & Billing section in Coach. Available actions include:

• Increasing or decreasing the number of licenses in an existing plan
• Purchasing additional subscription plans
• Canceling licenses via self-service
• Assigning licenses to students through User Management
• Monitoring license usage and identifying unassigned licenses

Free trials for schools

Schools can start a 30-day free trial by creating a free teacher and school account using the Start Free Trial option.

The free trial provides full access to all applications and features. During the trial, teachers can:

• Add learners and assign licenses
• Create groups and manage learners
• Invite other teachers to the institution
• Manage and track licenses
• Monitor learner progress, including session history and learning analysis
• Access detailed Calcularis reports
• Adjust learning and training settings

Learners receive the same experience and functionality as with a paid subscription.
