Overview

August marked a pivotal moment for us with the launch of one of our most significant releases in the past six months: the new Coach platform for teachers.

Why the New Coach?

Previously, teachers had to navigate three separate Coach platforms—Calcularis, Orthograph, and Grafari—along with the Institution Management platform for user and license management. The new Coach platform unifies all these tools into a single, cohesive system. This integration introduces new features, a refined user interface aligned with other Constructor applications, and enhanced functionality that unlocks significant opportunities for business growth through Coach.

The new Coach features include:

  • Teacher onboarding
  • New learner profiles and license management
  • Learning analytics now available
  • Learner progress table
  • Enhanced sidebar menu
  • Learning content overview
  • Area and topic and training history

What's new for teachers

Teacher onboarding

Our new Coach platform offers a streamlined onboarding experience, thoughtfully designed to welcome and guide teachers. In just a few simple steps, teachers are guided through the initial setup, discovering how they and their learners can benefit from our applications. The onboarding process can be revisited anytime through the teacher profile control panel.

New learner profiles and license management

The new Coach platform makes creating learner profiles quick and effortless. Teachers just need to click Add learner, enter the learner’s name, and assign the necessary licenses—it's that simple. The user management tool not only provides a view of the student roster but also enables teachers to easily assign and manage licenses.

Learning analytics now available

A collaborative research project with professors from the Higher School of Pedagogy in Lausanne has revolutionized how we help teachers analyze learners' progress. Teachers no longer need to manually review each learner's profile to identify those who need support. Our system now automatically detects students struggling with learning behavior and progress, sending timely alerts to teachers. This innovation is a significant time-saver and an invaluable resource for teachers balancing teaching duties and administrative tasks.

Learner progress table

Our platform provides a comprehensive overview of all the skills acquired by learners. The table offers a bird's-eye view of the class's overall progress, allowing teachers to easily see which skills have been completed, which are in progress, and which learners are struggling.

Enhanced sidebar menu

The sidebar menu now provides quick and easy access to the most frequently used features. Previously, the Download Center and Learning Settings were accessible only in learner and group profiles. Now, teachers can access these features with just one click.

Launching learning apps is also more convenient than ever. Teachers no longer need to navigate to the Cockpit—they can now access and try out apps directly within the Coach platform.

Learning content overview

This block displays the content areas, topics, and exercises available in each of our three applications. The learning content is designed to support teachers methodologically, helping them decide how best to use our applications to provide optimal support for their learners. Even without a license for a specific program, such as Grafari, teachers can still view its description. This feature may help inform decisions about purchasing licenses for their class.

Area and topic and training history

The Area and topic feature enables teachers to monitor an individual student's progress within a specific topic. It provides a clear view of the advancements the student has made.

Teachers can access detailed and specific information for each exercise, including every challenge presented, the provided and correct answers, timestamps, and the total number of challenges in each exercise.

The training history feature is a powerful tool for analyzing learners' performance over time, offering a chronological record of daily training activities.
