Managing articles visibility

You can change the visibility for published articles. There are two types of access to articles:

• Public access — a publication is available to anyone who has a URL link. This is the default accessibility type.
• Private access — a publication is available only to project collaborators.

 To change the visibility of a publication:

1. In My projects, click the name of a project you need.
2. In the project you selected, switch to the Publications tab.
3. In the publications list, click the required publication.
4. In the upper-right corner of the pane, click the world icon .

Set the accessibility type for the publication Public access or Private access.
