Publishing your coding lab

After you created and tested your lab, you can publish it to enable embedding the lab into a course in LMS (Learning Management System).

Information	If you make changes in a published lab, you need to publish it again. Republishing is required to apply the changes to the existing lab instances embedded in courses.

1. In the LMS authoring interface, go to Authoring > Labs.
2. Switch to the Coding labs tab.
3. In the filter, select Drafts.
4. Click the lab and wait till the coding server starts and the lab window opens.
5. Click Publish.

Now you can use the lab URL and encryption keys to embed it to a course in LMS that you use. See also Finding the publishing details for a lab in the knowledge base.

Information	IMPORTANT: To enable embedding the lab to an external system, the LMS provider must be configured in the administrative settings by a system administrator.
