Creating customer assistance chatbots
You can use Constructor Model knowledge models to create customer assistance chatbots.
To create a chatbot:
- Gather your support content (FAQs, help articles, product guides, troubleshooting documents, and so on).
- Upload the collected files in the supported formats to your knowledge model.
- Test the model by asking common questions to ensure accurate responses. You can also embed it as chatbot to your company website.
