Creating customer assistance chatbots

You can use Constructor Model knowledge models to create customer assistance chatbots.

To create a chatbot:

  1. Gather your support content (FAQs, help articles, product guides, troubleshooting documents, and so on).
  2. Upload the collected files in the supported formats to your knowledge model.
  3. Test the model by asking common questions to ensure accurate responses. You can also embed it as chatbot to your company website.
