Configuring time limits for a lab completion

To optimize resources usage and set deadlines for a lab, you can configure time constraints for the implementation of lab tasks by students:

1. In the LMS management portal, click in the upper-left corner.

2. Go to Authoring > Labs.

3. Switch to the Settings tab.

4. Scroll down to the Timeouts section, specify the following parameters:

• Session duration, minutes — the duration of a lab session after which the lab halts.
• Inactive time, minutes — the duration of a lab idle period after which the lab suspends.

5. Click Save.
