Recording actions in VM to automatically create lab steps

The lab recorder allows you to create labs faster. Instead of manually typing the instructions steps, you can record your actions in a virtual environment. After recording your actions, they will be automatically broken down into lab steps and you will only need to edit them.

To record your actions:

1. Add a virtual lab.
2. Switch to the Content tab.
3. Click the two-pane view sign in the upper-right corner of the panel to open the lab virtual environment.
4. Wait till the virtual environment is ready.
5. In the bottom-right corner of the panel, click Start recording.
6. Go through all the lab steps that learners will need to complete.
7. Click Stop recording.
