Sending messages to examinees
You can send messages to test takers:
- Individually
- To all test takers at once
Sending individual messages
To send a message to an examinee, type it in their personal view:
Your chat history with the examinee will also be displayed in their personal view with recent messages being displayed at the bottom of the event list.
Sending messages to all examinees
To send a message to all test takers in the room
- Click Send Message in the top right corner:
- Select All to send the message to all examinees in the room [A], or select an exam to send the message only to those taking this particular exam [B]:
- Enter your message [A] and click Send [B]:
