Overview

In this release, we’ve implemented the following features:

  • Added the new reporting metrics for live sessions: Waiting time and Onboarding time
  • Introduced support for learner accommodation conditions
  • Updated the ordering of standard messages

What’s new

Waiting and Onboarding times tracked in session reports

For all sessions in the Live proctoring mode, Waiting time and Onboarding time are now automatically calculated:

  • Waiting time is the time from when the learner enters the waiting room until the first contact with the proctor (for example, receiving a message).
  • Onboarding time is the time from the first contact with the proctor until the learner is invited to the exam.

Both metrics are included in the session report and can be downloaded for further analysis.

Special accommodation conditions for students

We've added the option to specify additional information when a learner requires special accommodation conditions during testing (for example, a female proctor only, or the use of assistive applications such as screen readers).

This information must be entered in a dedicated field in the learner’s profile. These accommodations apply exclusively to the individual student.

Proctoring special accommodations in Moodle

If a learner has special accommodation conditions, both the proctor and the learner will be notified through a dedicated alert within the proctoring system.

  • Translated the mobile app for Android into 10 languages: Bengali, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Mandarin, Myanmar, Tamil, Thai, Vietnamese.
