Settings
Click on the Settings button located in the top menu to access the Settings page. On this page, you can configure institution, Definitions, term, and email settings.

Institution Settings
Click on the Settings button in the top menu, then click on the Institution button at the top of the page. In the Institution Settings page, you can edit information such as institution name, instructor login method, default language, institution logo, instructors restriction settings, program managers restriction settings, calendar settings, course solution visibility settings, exam solution visibility settings, instructors access to other course and exam solutions, visibility of course sections in calendars and reports, classroom display type, minimum instructor availability constraints, venue and reservation module usage, public modules settings, and user role restrictions.

Definitions Settings
Click on the Settings button in the top menu, then click on the Definitions button at the top of the page. In the Definitions page, you can configure information related to exam types of term, building, classroom/room type/function, classroom/room features, classroom/room using state, classroom/room seating arrangement, classroom/room attributes, classroom/room seating type, classroom category, user type, special using state, ınventory list, activity types, course languages, ınstructor titles, ınstructor administrative positions, and event types.

Selected Term Settings
Click on the Settings button in the top menu, then click on the Term button at the top of the page. To access the term settings page for courses or exams, you must first select a course or exam term.

- When a course term is selected, you can configure settings such as the date range for department heads to plan, date range for ınstructors to plan, system will be opened for, secondary education start time, course duration (excluding break), proximity to the course, distance education face to face courses gap duration, maximum solution count, and solution page / calendar settings.
- When an exam term is selected, you can configure settings such as the date range for department heads to plan, date range for ınstructors to plan, system will be opened for, secondary education start time, gap settings between campuses, place of duty in ınvigilator assignments, ınvigilator settings, number of classroom supervisors settings, assignment / project / report submission, jury / defense, and supervisor appointment method.
Email Settings
Click on the Settings button in the top menu, then click on the Email button at the top of the page. In the Email Settings page, you can configure system email preferences, email service, address to send e-mails, email verification, send email when user is created, and send email when solution is changed.
