Practical use cases for knowledge models

Creating knowledge bases

You can use Constructor Model knowledge models to create a knowledge base for your team or company.

To create a knowledge base:

  1. Collect the core content you want the model to learn from (internal documents, manuals, FAQs, wikis, training guides, and so on).
  2. Upload the collected files in the supported formats to your knowledge model.
  3. Test the model by asking common questions to ensure accurate responses. You can also embed it as an AI assistant to your company website.
