Overview

In Release 24, we’ve made the following updates:

• Updates to the Rooms page
• Screen size check in the new web application
• Time zone selection in session reports

What’s new

Updates to the Rooms page

We are pleased to announce updates to the Rooms page for managing live proctoring sessions.

The key improvements include:

• Unified design — refreshed styles of the page now align with the Proctor interface.
• Action Required notifications — administrators will see an Action Required badge on a room’s card when assistance is needed.
• Learner transfers — administrators can now move learners between rooms if necessary.

Screen size check in the new web application

Learners taking a proctored test will now receive a full-screen notification if they minimize their screen. This notification prompts them to return to full-screen mode. Test questions remain inaccessible until the screen is restored to the required size.

Time zone selection in session reports

Session reports are now generated using the same time zone displayed in the UI. Users can adjust the time zone for a report if needed, and the report will automatically regenerate to reflect the change.
