Overview

In this release, we’ve implemented the following features:

• Room statistics enhancements
• Recording gap durations in session reports
• Learner experience improvements

What’s new

Room statistics enhancements

Now company administrators can see the total number of learners in a room, as well as each learner’s current stage:

• waiting for onboarding
• completing onboarding
• taking an exam

Recording gap durations in session reports

Session reports now display not only the presence of video recording gaps, but also their exact duration shown separately for each stream (webcam, desktop, additional camera).

If multiple gaps occurred during a session, their durations are automatically summed.

Improvements to the students’ experience

We have made changes to our web application, such as ability to resize chat panel, which should improve the communication process with the proctor for users with small screen sizes, and next button after room scan on mobile, that allows student to proceed to the next stage of onboarding from the desktop.

Learner experience improvements

We’ve made several updates to improve the usability of the learner interface:

• Learners can now resize the chat panel, which improves communication for those using smaller screens.
• After completing the room scan on mobile, the Next button is now available, which allows learners to proceed to the next onboarding step from their desktop.

Other changes

• Displaying date for chat messages in archive and live interface
