Filtering audit log records

To filter audit log records:

  1. In the LMS management portal, click in the upper-left corner.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. In the Security section, click Audit log. The Audit log page opens.
  4. Click Filter in the upper-right corner.
  5. Click + Create filter and specify the filtering criteria:
  • Enter event — the keywords related to the event you want to find.
  • Result — a selection of whether to view only Success or Failure events.
  • Modification — the modification type or action (Withdraw, Updated, Pause, Finish, Generate_files, Deleted, Reset_step_track, Grant).
  • Component — the relevant system module or application.
  • Start date & time — the beginning of the period to search.
  • End date & time — the end of the period to search.
  1. Click Submit request. After the request is processed, the created filter will be added to the filter list.
  2. Click  Results to view the filtered records.
