Filtering audit log records
To filter audit log records:
- In the LMS management portal, click
in the upper-left corner.
- Go to Settings.
- In the Security section, click Audit log. The Audit log page opens.
- Click Filter in the upper-right corner.
- Click + Create filter and specify the filtering criteria:
- Enter event — the keywords related to the event you want to find.
- Result — a selection of whether to view only Success or Failure events.
- Modification — the modification type or action (Withdraw, Updated, Pause, Finish, Generate_files, Deleted, Reset_step_track, Grant).
- Component — the relevant system module or application.
- Start date & time — the beginning of the period to search.
- End date & time — the end of the period to search.
- Click Submit request. After the request is processed, the created filter will be added to the filter list.
- Click
Results to view the filtered records.
