Global Content Contributor

Global Content Contributor is a role that grants permissions to create and manage learning content across the platform, including objectives, activities, assessments, and assignments.

FilterCategory.Create	A user can create a catalog category to assign to content components.
FilterCategory.Update	A user can modify a catalog category.
FilterCategory.Delete	A user can delete a catalog category.
FilterCategory.Read	A user can view catalog categories assigned to content components.
