Cancelling subscriptions

You can cancel one of the subscriptions to Constructor for Schools applications through Coach. The changes will take effect at the next subscription renewal.

To cancel a subscription:

1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner to open the menu.
2. Click Subscription and billing.
3. Select a plan you want to cancel and click Manage plan. The Manage subscriptions dialog will open.
4. Click the required plan to open the details.
5. Click Cancel subscription.
6. Select the reason for the subscription cancellation and, if necessary, add a comment.
7. Click Confirm cancellation. The subscription will be cancelled from the next subscription renewal.
