What happens when your trial ends

You will receive an email notification five days before your trial subscription expires. IIn addition to notification emails, you can check your subscription status in the system notifications of the Coach interface.

If your free trial has ended but your school hasn’t decided to purchase licenses, you and your admins will still have access to Coach functionality—just like teachers on a paid subscription, but with the following limitations:

For teachers

You won’t be able to assign, reassign, and edit licenses in the User Manager.

For learners

Learners will be able to log in to the Cockpit but won’t have access to the applications. A 14-day grace period can be provided to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience for young learners.
