Introduction

The system has a super administrator with full control, and several administrators who manage specific areas:

• Administrator — has full access to the tenant and can manage tenant settings, users, groups, units, teams, reports, roles and permissions, and resources. This user should have access to all features related to tenant setup.
• Avatar User or Avatar Admin — has access to the Avatar page. This user can manage all aspects related to the Avatar project.
• Master-data Administrator — has access only to the /portal/settings page. This user can manage all learning settings and notification templates.
• Teams Administrator — can create teams and view and edit all existing teams.
