Collecting aggregated data on all post-course surveys

An aggregated survey report shows overall trends in learners' feedback and helps you analyze ways to refine courses and improve instructional effectiveness.

You can create an aggregated report on:

  • separate users
  • user groups
  • organizational units

To get a summarizing report:

  1. In the LMS management portal, click in the upper-left corner.
  2. Go to Reports.
  3. In Reports, switch to the Survey report tab.
  4. Select what kind of report you need:
  • Users
  • User groups
  • Organizational units
  1. Click Download report. A SCV file will be downloaded to your computer. Learners' responses are typically stored in the rightmost columns (default column configuration).
