Viewing statuses of learner assignments

The current status of a learner's assignment is displayed in the State column of the Assessments list. You can filter assignments by status.

Assignments can have the following statuses as learners complete them:

1. Not started — the learner has not started the task yet.
2. In progress — the learner has started the task.
3. Submitted — the learner has submitted their assignment, and it is awaiting the In Grading status to be graded by the instructor.
4. In Grading — the assignment is awaiting grading by the instructor.
5. Graded — the instructor has assigned grades for the task and sent the results to the methodologist, facilitator, or supervisor for confirmation; alternatively, the task was automatically graded.
6. Grading approved — the assignment evaluation has been approved by the facilitator, or the automatically awarded grade has been confirmed by the instructor.
7. Finished — the learner has been notified of the grade and has received feedback from the instructor.
