Starting quizzes

A quiz may either be embedded in a course you are taking or assigned to you as a separate assignment.

To start a quiz or exam:

1. Go to My courses.
2. If necessary, use filter to find the required course with a quiz or separate quiz assignment.
3. Click the course (or the assignment) with the quiz to open it.
4. In the course, scroll to the part with the quiz.
5. Click the quiz to open it and click Open. The quiz will open, you can start taking it.

Note that exam quizzes are typically timed. Unless it is prohibited by the exam rules, you can quit a started quiz and return to it later; the quiz progress will be saved.

Information	IMPORTANT: After you start a timed quiz, the countdown continues even if you exit the quiz. You can resume taking the quiz later if there is time left or if the quiz has multiple attempts and its due date is in the future.
