Overview ​

In this release, we continued work on several under-the-hood initiatives. These include:

  • Improved management of AI Tutor behavior for selected courses
  • New catalog categories to support better course filtering
  • Added support for course and program retakes

We also introduced new methods for managing content authoring, and delivered fixes to improve report performance, certificate generation, and synchronization with Salesforce (SFDC).

Improvements and fixes ​

Improvements ​

  • A new method was introduced for syncing certificate records with Credly. When a course with an issued Credly certificate is completed, the certificate is now automatically updated with new expiry dates.

Fixes ​

We've made the following fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the online class page would not open when the user clicked Join.
  • Improved custom reports performance to resolve error 500 issues.
  • Fixed problems with knowledge model creation for some courses.
  • Fixed issues with certificate creation and syncing to Salesforce (SFDC) for some courses.
  • Fixed issues with proctored quizzes not starting, corrected timer display errors, fixed a broken link for instructors to review proctored sessions in manual mode, and added an option to prohibit proctoring for online classroom and survey activities.

Known issues ​

  • Some translations are missing from the Instructor interface.
  • Administrators are unable to create new domains or topics in new tenants.
  • There are issues with certificate synchronization to Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Incorrect certificate expiration dates are being applied to imported records.
  • When instructors select Show answers when score is reached and Allow review for an assignment, the score is not shown, but the quiz feedback is.
  • The grace period is not applied to child compositions within other child compositions.
  • Sizes of attached files are shown only for newly-uploaded files.
  • A new toggle cannot be created within a toggle.
  • New members cannot be added to a newly created team without refreshing the screen.
  • The date and time selector sometimes does not fit on the screen in Reports.
  • When signing out from Avatar, a user is not signed out from LMS.
  • External links to cover images cannot be edited.
  • Error 401 occurs after an upload of a SCORM package is canceled and the second upload attempt is initiated. The page refresh is necessary to initiate the upload.
  • Settings applied for a specific SCORM version are not appropriately distinguished.
  • The "Not found" text is displayed when a learner attempts to start a quiz with a due date in the past.
  • The Customize Default View setting does not apply to the Collections filter.
  • Saving the default view doesn't work when creating a new custom report.
