Overview ​

In this release, we have implemented a series of enhancements and fixes, with a particular focus on improving multi-domain link support and the course creation process.

Improvements ​

This release includes usability and terminology improvements for a clearer experience:

  • The Objectives menu has been renamed to Courses to better reflect the nature of the content being created. This terminology update aims to reduce confusion for users. The term "Objectives" may return with the launch of learning paths and programs.

  • Multi-domain support has been enhanced in user notifications. Users can now be assigned to specific domains (either manually or via script), which ensures that links in notifications are generated correctly for their designated domain.

Fixes ​

We’ve addressed the following issues:

  • Resolved issues with unit enrollments, allowing users to start all courses without complications.
  • Ensured accurate calculation of passing scores for certificates based on course settings.
  • Fixed renaming functionality for media blocks and discussions in the composition editor.
  • Restored synchronization of certificates with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Optimized login screens for users using password managers.
  • Corrected email notification links; the About the Course page now loads properly without infinite loops.
  • Updated external links in the Warning, Instructor Info, and Quote sections to open in a new tab.
  • Preserved spacing in the Code block in the text editor.
  • Fixed the text formatting submenu so it displays correctly when selecting formulas.
  • Corrected cover image selection to pull from the root activity when creating a new course.
  • Improved content alignment in both panels of the composition editor.
  • Fixed an issue where pasted links were inserted as plain text in the text editor.
  • Ensured the strikethrough formatting applies correctly in the text editor.

Known issues ​

  • When instructors select Show answers when score is reached and Allow review for an assignment, the score is not shown, but the quiz feedback is.
  • The grace period is not applied to child compositions within other child compositions.
  • Sizes of attached files are shown only for newly-uploaded files.
  • A new toggle cannot be created within a toggle.
  • New members cannot be added to a newly created team without refreshing the screen.
  • The date and time selector sometimes does not fit on the screen in Reports.
  • When signing out from Avatar, a user is not signed out from LMS.
  • External links to cover images cannot be edited.
  • Error 401 occurs after an upload of a SCORM package is canceled and the second upload attempt is initiated. The page refresh is necessary to initiate the upload.
  • Settings applied for a specific SCORM version are not appropriately distinguished.
  • The "Not found" text is displayed when a learner attempts to start a quiz with a due date in the past.
  • The Customize Default View setting does not apply to the Collections filter.
  • Saving the default view doesn't work when creating a new custom report.
