Downloading session videos

You can download the following details on a separate exam session to your local computer:

• The examinee's webcam video
• The desktop recording of the session
• The exam session report
• The exam violation report
• The exam collision report

To download the details on a separate session:

1. In the Proctor administrator dashboard, go to Archive.

2. Click the video thumbnail of the session you want to download to open the session details.

3. Click Download and specify which video or report you want to download.

   

The video or report will open in the same browser tab.

4. Save the video or report locally.
