Joining proctoring rooms

To enter a proctoring room to assist a learner or troubleshoot issues:

1. In the Rooms menu, select the required room and click Join the room.

   

   The room will open in a new tab with the list of examinees and proctors.

2. To see the details of the proctors in this room, hover the cursor over the proctors list icon.

   

   A pop-up window with active proctors and inspectors in the room will be displayed.
