Translating Proctor interface with Crowdin

The Proctor interface is translated into more than 20 languages using a cloud-based localization tool called Crowdin. With this article you will learn how you can translate the interface into a new language yourself.

Here's what you need to be aware of when using our Crowdin account:

  • Translations are applied for all users on all servers and web apps. For example, if you made a change in the French translation in Crowdin, all users using French in our system will see it.
  • Translations appear on the server/web app not immediately after changes are made, but with the next webapp release.
  • Every time a new translation is added, it needs to be confirmed by a proofreader or administrator to be approved for scheduling for the release.
