Release 118

Overview

In Release 118, we've introduced the following new feature:

• Aggregated survey reports that provides aggregated insights on surveys.

Additionally, this release includes the following foundational features to enhance functionality:

• Support for content imports from Docebo LMS.
• Synchronization of users and organizational structures with Salesforce.
• Improvements to collaborative assignment workflows.
• Implementation of AI-driven features for creating individual knowledge models for each objective, enabling quick access to responses and content links in upcoming updates.

What's new

Aggregated survey reports

Instructors can now access aggregated survey reports in the Reports section. These reports provide comprehensive insights into all started and completed survey activities across multiple objectives. The report features include:

• Detailed Data Export: a downloadable file containing all survey responses for in-depth analysis.
• Filters: grid filters to refine survey results by survey name, objectives, or completion dates.

This new feature helps instructors evaluate course quality and measure user satisfaction by consolidating survey data from users, groups, and organizational units into a single, streamlined report.

Improvements and fixes

Improvements

RTL Language Support: The Management Portal now supports right-to-left (RTL) languages, including Arabic. This enhancement allows us to offer translations for the Management Portal in Arabic and other RTL languages, improving accessibility for users in these regions.

Fixes

We've made the following fixes:

• PDF Viewer: Resolved broken rendering of PDF files within the viewer.
• Activity Widget: Corrected the display of the activity widget for collaborative activities in one-page compositions.
• Certificate Editor: Fixed an issue where a blank page was displayed instead of the certificate template editor, and placeholders and features of the template editor were not working correctly.
• Review Assignments Widget: Ensured sole activities added to objectives now display correctly for instructors in the review assignments widget on the management portal.
• Assignment Due Dates: Fixed the accuracy of displaying due dates in the assignments widgets for learners.
• Time Spent Calculatio****n: Excluded grading time from the calculation of Time spent to complete for assignments.
• Shared Course Links: Ensured that shared links consistently redirect users to the course's About page, regardless of whether the course has been started.
• Previous Attempts View: Fixed the display of hidden results in "Previous Attempts," ensuring that results remain hidden when configured as such.
• Submission Dates: Fixed the display of submission dates for activities being graded.

Known issues

• When instructors select Show answers when score is reached and Allow review for an assignment, the score is not shown, but the quiz feedback is.
• The grace period is not applied to child compositions within other child compositions.
• Sizes of attached files are shown only for newly-uploaded files.
• A new toggle cannot be created within a toggle.
• New members cannot be added to a newly created team without refreshing the screen.
• The date and time selector sometimes does not fit on the screen in Reports.
• When signing out from Avatar, a user is not signed out from LMS.
• External links to cover images cannot be edited.
• Error 401 occurs after an upload of a SCORM package is canceled and the second upload attempt is initiated. The page refresh is necessary to initiate the upload.
• Settings applied for a specific SCORM version are not appropriately distinguished.
• The "Not found" text is displayed when a learner attempts to start a quiz with a due date in the past.
• The Customize Default View setting does not apply to the Collections filter.
• Saving the default view doesn't work when creating a new custom report.
