This release includes critical bug fixes and foundational updates to prepare for the upcoming launch of a redesigned learner interface in future updates.

Improvements

Proctored activities in courses

Instructors can now configure individual activities in a course to be proctored, which eliminates the need to publish them as standalone courses.

Fixes

We've made the following fixes:

• Resolved an issue where not all course collections were visible to learners.
• Corrected collection tags to display in My Courses only for users who self-enrolled in globally available courses.
• Fixed access issues with attachment files for certain learners.
• Addressed multiple knowledge model issues:
• Ensured answers generate correctly after 30 minutes for new objectives.
• Fixed knowledge model creation for all courses.
• Ensured content is hidden properly when "Never" is set for result visibility.
• Prevented answer generation when a media block or Vimeo activity is completed and the user isn't assigned to a term.
• Ensured chat functions properly with globally available courses.
• Fixed incorrect course status display (Not started) for quizzes, SCORMs, and surveys after submission.
• Prevented quizzes from entering Grading in progress if revoked before the Finish the course action.
• Fixed the "Finish the course?" popup to appear when an optional, weighted activity is incomplete; ensured those activities are listed correctly under "activities that can improve your course score."
• Fixed the Start again button to properly open the course player for courses with imported records.
• Truncated long course titles in Catalog and My Courses after three lines for visual consistency.
• Corrected the display of failed imported course record statuses to users.
• Ensured the Continue button appears instead of Start again for in-progress courses.
• Ensured instructors can no longer open quizzes and surveys marked "In progress" from the grading interface.
• Prevented access to revoked attempts in the assessment section.
• Aligned toggle headers properly in preview mode.
• Fixed SCORM activity headers to remain visible when scrolling.

Known issues

• When instructors select Show answers when score is reached and Allow review for an assignment, the score is not shown, but the quiz feedback is.
• The grace period is not applied to child compositions within other child compositions.
• Sizes of attached files are shown only for newly-uploaded files.
• A new toggle cannot be created within a toggle.
• New members cannot be added to a newly created team without refreshing the screen.
• The date and time selector sometimes does not fit on the screen in Reports.
• When signing out from Avatar, a user is not signed out from LMS.
• External links to cover images cannot be edited.
• Error 401 occurs after an upload of a SCORM package is canceled and the second upload attempt is initiated. The page refresh is necessary to initiate the upload.
• Settings applied for a specific SCORM version are not appropriately distinguished.
• The "Not found" text is displayed when a learner attempts to start a quiz with a due date in the past.
• The Customize Default View setting does not apply to the Collections filter.
• Saving the default view doesn't work when creating a new custom report.
