Revoking learners' attempts

You can reset a learner's assignment and revert it to its original state to allow the learner to start afresh without using the previous attempts.

If an objective has several attempts, the results of the last attempt are displayed in the Assessments list. If you want to revoke a specific attempt, you will need to select the required record.

Here's how to revoke attempts:

1. In the Learn management portal, click in the upper-left corner.
2. Go to Teaching > Assessments.
3. Filter the required assignment and find the assignment row.
4. If the assignment has multiple attempts, click the number in the Attempts count column to open all the attempts.
   
5. Select the attempt you want to revoke.
6. Click Revoke attempts.
   
7. In the pop-up, click Revoke attempts to confirm the action. All the learner's progress will be reset for the selected attempt. The revoked attempt will be marked with the tick in the column.
