Exporting reports

To export the primary report or a custom report you created to an XLSX or CSV file:

1. In the Learn management portal, click in the upper-left corner.
2. Go to Reports and open the report you need.
3. Click Export.
   
4. Click the file format that you need: XLS or CSV.

An export file with the creation date and time in its name will be downloaded to your local storage. The records hierarchy (for example, composite courses structures) will be remained in the file as it is present in the report in UI.
