Release 90
In Release 90, we have focused on introducing the Impersonation mode. It enables administrators and support engineers to access the system as another user and act on their behalf, or to troubleshoot issues.
Administrators and support engineers can sign in to the LMS learner interface as a specific user to check how the course Catalog, My Courses list, course materials, and interactions appear to that user. This way, engineers can assist the user in solving various issues or perform actions on their behalf.
Additionally, administrators and support engineers can view the management portal as another user if the user has appropriate permissions. In the portal, they can assist the user with working on reports, enrollments, and content authoring if necessary.
We've enhanced the organizational units and groups management interface to align with our scalable role model. We introduced the Staff tab to assign roles to users. Additionally, the renewed user interface clearly displays all possible roles and enables allows administrators to assign them to a selected user within a group or unit.
