Release 110

Overview

In Release 110, we introduced an interface for creating class discussions, enabling authors to start discussions for courses.

We’ve also added a more streamlined color customization interface in tenant settings and improved time constraints for activities to prevent learners from starting activities outside allowed timeframes.

Additionally, we continue to develop features for splitting classes in collaborative assignments, which will be implemented in future releases.

Improvements

• We have introduced an interface for administrators to manage colors for various interface elements for better branding of our platform.

Fixes

We've implemented the following fixes:

• Error 500 for various API calls was fixed by increasing container memory.
• Toggles in Media blocks were fixed to ensure list elements are displayed correctly and the toggle name is shown.
• We’ve fixed the layout of the instructor photo in the Instructor block.
• Multi-level lists are now imported correctly.
• Tables in courses are now opened full screen correctly.
• We’ve fixed the layout of the Language and Sign up buttons on the Open catalog page.
• Issues with the new name and cover image for the SCORM activity not being saved have been fixed.
• Time spent and estimated time to complete are now shown in a unified format on activity cards.
• The “Overdue” badge is now shown for activities that were submitted after the due date.
• Dragging the “Close” and “Submit” buttons for interactive components was improved.

Known issues

• Sizes of attached files are shown only for newly-uploaded files.
• A new toggle cannot be created within a toggle.
• New members cannot be added to a newly created team without refreshing the screen.
• The date and time selector sometimes does not fit on the screen in Reports.
• When signing out from Avatar, a user is not signed out from LMS.
• External links to cover images cannot be edited.
• Error 401 occurs after an upload of a SCORM package is canceled and the second upload attempt is initiated. The page refresh is necessary to initiate the upload.
• Settings applied for a specific SCORM version are not appropriately distinguished.
• The “Not found” text is displayed when a learner attempts to start a quiz with a due date in the past.
• The Customize Default View setting does not apply to the Collections filter.
• Saving the default view doesn’t work when creating a new custom report.
