Configuring an LTI tool

To configure LTI tool:

1. Log in to Moodle as an Administrator.

2. Navigate to Site Administration > Plugins > External tool > Manage tools.

3. Click on Configure a tool manually: 
   

4. Configure a tool:

   • Tool name: Enter the name of the integration.
   • Tool URL: Use the following rule: https://url_integration_sever/lti/lti-moodle-int/launch/:
     
   • Tool description: This field is not involved in the integration.
   • LTI version: Specify the 1.3 LTI version:
     
   • Public key type: Select Keyset URL.
   • Public keyset: Enter the URL for the public keyset: https://url_integration_sever/lti/lti-moodle-int/jwks/:
   • Initiate login URL: Enter the URL to initiate login: https://url_integration_sever/lti/lti-moodle-int/login/.
   • Redirection URI(s): Enter the Redirection URI: https://url_integration_sever/lti/lti-moodle-int/launch/:
   • Tool configuration usage: Select Show as preconfigured tool when adding an external tool.
   • Default launch container: Select Existing window.
   • Supports Deep Linking (Content-Item Message): Enable this option.
   • Content Selection URL: Use the following rule: https://url_integration_sever/lti/lti-moodle-int/launch/:

After configuring the above settings, click on Save changes.
