Enabling notifications for other instructors

As a Global instructor, you can configure notifications that will be sent to an instructor if a learner is enrolled to a course, completes a quiz in the course or the entire course.

To enable notifications of other instructors in a course:

1. In the LMS management portal, click in the upper-left corner.
2. Go to Teaching > Courses.
3. Double-click the course you need to edit.
4. Switch to Notifications.

1. Click Manage notifications for other instructors.
2. Select the instructor for whom you want to configure sending notifications and click Manage notifications.
3. On the notification page, check the boxes for the required notifications:

• New enrollment*—* notify when a learner enrolls in the course.
• Learner completed quiz — notify when a learner completes a quiz in the course.
• Learner completed course — notify when a learner completes the entire course.
