Sharing courses via links
You can share courses with particular instructors or learners through links that you can find in the settings of a course.
- You can send the link for learners to individual learners or learner groups in an email or through a messenger. Such links will allow learners to self-enroll in this course even if it is excluded from the course catalog and not visible to other learners (see Hiding courses to provide access by links). You can also insert this link into notifications (for example, about the course due date approaching or overdue).
- You can send the link for instructors to your colleagues who may need to add content to the course or edit it.
| Information | If your organization supports multiple domains, make sure to copy a link for the appropriate domain. Otherwise, learners might have trouble signing in. |
To find a copiable link to a course:
- In the LMS management portal, click
in the upper-left corner.
- Go to Teaching > Courses.
- In the courses list, double-click the required course to open the editor.
- Switch to Properties.
- Scroll to the Share course section. Here you can copy the links to share this course.

Insert the copied link into an email message, notification template or an instant message to share it with your respondent.
