Managing courses

Courses are learning management components that define to whom an assignment is assigned, and when and under which conditions (with what purpose) this learner has to get access and complete it.

To create a course and add it to the list in the Courses menu, you need to publish a composition (course content). See Creating a composition and Publishing a composition.

As a course author, you can:

• Add instructor information to published courses
• Add cover images to courses
• Enroll learners for courses
• Make courses available for learners’ self-enrollment
• Hiding courses to provide access by links
• Configure course results visibility to learners
• Sharing courses via links
• Managing user notifications about course progress
• Managing courses' catalog collections
• Enabling proctoring for courses
• Removing courses from Catalog
